Youth & Adolescent Mentorship (SSRC)
Empowering young people to thrive through tailored support, care and mentorship.
We partner with agencies like the Department of Communities and Justice (DCJ) and deliver Specialised Substitute Residential Care to give young people a safe, stable and nurturing environment.
Our SSRC program offers safe, staffed accommodation for children and young people who cannot live at home or in foster care for a period of time. Placements are trauma-informed, youth-focused and built around stability and emotional wellbeing.
Services include
- 24/7 care and supervision by trained youth workers
- Safe and supportive home-like environment
- Behavioural and emotional support
- Daily routines, life skills and engagement in education
- Support with family restoration or transition planning
